SECTION 1 – ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT ACCESS

• The Platform is intended only for authorized users of Credence Tracker GPS devices.
• Login credentials (username and password) are provided directly by our team.
• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• You may not share, transfer, or assign your account to another person.
• You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if unauthorized use is detected.

SECTION 2 – DEVICE AND INSTALLATION

The Credence Tracker Platform operates exclusively with authorized Credence Tracker GPS devices and hardware supplied by us.

• Proper installation of the device is required for accurate tracking performance.
• The device must have an active power supply.
• A working SIM card and stable mobile network connectivity are required for real-time tracking.
• For optimal performance, professional installation is recommended.

SECTION 3 – USER RESPONSIBILITIES

By using the Platform, you agree:

• Not to misuse the tracking system.
• Not to attempt unauthorized access to our servers or systems.
• Not to reverse engineer, copy, or modify the App or Web Panel.
• Not to use the Platform for unlawful tracking or illegal surveillance.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of tracking services complies with applicable laws.

SECTION 4 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content within the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Brand name
• Software
• Design
• Graphics
• Interface

are the property of Credence Tracker and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

SECTION 5 – SERVICE DISCLAIMER

We aim to provide reliable and accurate GPS tracking services through our Platform and authorized devices

However, tracking performance may sometimes be affected due to factors such as:

• Mobile network availability
• GPS signal strength

Environmental conditions (such as underground parking, tunnels, remote areas, etc.) Temporary technical maintenance or system upgrades While we continuously work to maintain high service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or 100% error-free service at all times.

SECTION 6 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Credence Tracker provides reliable GPS tracking solutions through its Platform and authorized devices.
• Tracking performance may vary due to external factors such as mobile network availability, GPS signal strength, or environmental conditions.
• We are not liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Any liability, if applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid for the product or active subscription.
• Nothing in these Terms affects your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

SECTION 7 – TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform:

• If you violate these Terms
• If your device subscription expires
• If misuse or unauthorized activity is detected

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

SECTION 8 – PRIVACY

Your use of the Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy.

The Platform collects and processes live location data strictly for tracking purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 – CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted within the Platform with a revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

SECTION 10 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
