This Privacy Policy applies to the Credence Tracker mobile application and web panel. The Platform is strictly intended for customers who have purchased and are actively using a Credence Tracker GPS device. Only authorized device users can access and use the Platform.

We collect your live location only to show your real-time location inside the Platform.

B. Basic Login Information

To access the Platform, our team provides users with login credentials such as username and password. No self-registration option is available inside the App or Web Panel.

3. Permissions We Use (Mobile Application)

The Credence Tracker mobile application requests only the following permissions:

• Location Permission – To collect and display your live GPS location in the App.
• Notification Permission – To send important tracking alerts and device-related updates.
• Call (Dialer) Permission – Used only to allow users to directly call our official support team from within the App.
• Internet Permission – To connect the App with our servers for real-time tracking functionality.

We do not request access to contacts, photos, media, camera, microphone, or SMS.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information only for:

• Providing live GPS tracking services
• Displaying your real-time device location
• Sending tracking-related notifications
• Ensuring proper functioning of the GPS device and Platform
• Providing customer support

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or location data for advertising or marketing purposes.

5. Data Retention

We retain location and related tracking data for a maximum period of 45 days.

After 45 days, the data is automatically deleted from our system unless retention is required for legal or security reasons.

We do not share your personal or location data with third parties except:

• To protect our legal rights
• To comply with regulatory requirements

7. User Eligibility

There is no specific age restriction for using the Platform.

However, the Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are authorized users of a Credence Tracker GPS device. Only customers who have purchased and registered a Credence Tracker device can use the Platform.

We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures to protect your information.
